Little Buds Childcare
Little Buds welcome all children and their families to be a part of our setting. Little Buds provides a safe and secure, fun learning environment to allow each individual child to thrive and reach their full potential.
Little Buds provides equality of opportunity and anti- discriminatory practice we ensure that places are allocated on a first come basis.
In order to register your child you must complete a Little Buds registration form. When we receive the form the Nursery Manager will go through the child’s registration form to ensure we have all the information we need about your child. There may be a waiting list and as soon as we receive the completed form and 2 week deposit they will automatically be put onto the list. Deposits are to secure the place and will be refunded if the place is cancelled no later than 6 weeks prior to the arranged start date. Parents will be contacted by the manager prior to their child starting to discuss pre visits and a start date. Parents will be asked to complete an All About Me document and other information will be requested about your child’s development. This helps the nursery staff learn more about your child and allows us to support your child appropriately when starting nursery.
Session times and fees that are availble for children aged 9mths to 6years can be found on the information page.
Children from 9mths to 2yrs– who attend sessions or full daycare in this room are registered to attend all year round and full payment is required if absent.

Wraparound children’s places are only secure during term time. If childcare is required during school holidays booking is required. We do suggest you book in advance to avoid disappointment although if you book your place and do not attend payment is still required. Booking Forms are available.
*Note you can register for all year round care. Please speak to Amy Warnick for more information about this.
Short settling in visit fees – Transition from home to nursery or from one nursery to another nursery causes change in your child’s life and although all children experience changes throughout their early years it is important to make them as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Little Buds staff encourage you take up these pre starting visits allowing your child to settle into their new routine and environment. The amount of visits your child will need before starting will depend on the individual child and family. Daily feedback will be given to families after each visit allowing us to plan further visits or set start date. These short visits allow your child to feel safe and secure in the nursery and parents feel confident and happy that their child is happy and settled.
